When you book a service or repair with us, we conduct a quick initial assessment and provide you with a quote based on your bike’s condition & required repairs.
At the time of servicing, we do a detailed assessment and call you if any additional work is needed, and it will only be done with your approval.
At the time of bike pick-up, the bike mechanic who worked on your bike will take you through the service, provide any further tips or things to look out for in the future.

We recommend a full-bike service every 6-12 months, depending on the condition of your bike and how much you ride it.
Our Bike Service starts from $260 (ex. parts), and we will provide a quote with the initial assessment of the bike.
This is a detailed service where we remove, clean, and inspect all the components of your bike. If any further work is required, we will always call you first to discuss & only proceed with your approval.

For repairs, we charge $110 per hour. The pricing guide is only indicative of labour costs. Parts are additional and will be quoted on booking.

Our Bike Check option is a general safety check, where no components are removed, and only checks & minor adjustments are completed.
We recommend this if you have purchased a near-new bike or your bike is in good condition, but you have not ridden it for a while. Our Bike Check price is from $160. Where further repairs or servicing are required, we will contact you to re-quote your service.
