When you book a service or repair with us. we conduct an initial assessment and provide you with a quote based on your bike’s condition & required repairs.
As the time of servicing, we do a detailed assessment and call you if any additional work is needed, and it will be done with your approval.
At the time of bike pick-up, the bike mechanic who worked on your bike will take you through the service, provide any further tips or things to look our for in the future.
