XDS X-Lab AD9

The XDS X-LAB AD9 is XDS flagship aero road bike, and the same platform raced at the WorldTour level by the XDS-Astana team. Built around an ultra-light Toray T1100 and M40X carbon frame, the AD9 is all about pure speed without sacrificing ride comfort.

At roughly 6.8kg, it’s incredibly light for an aero bike, making it equally capable on steep climbs, fast bunch rides, and long endurance days. The handling feels sharp and responsive, while the deeper aero tube shaping helps the bike hold speed effortlessly on flatter roads and descents.

What really stands out is how refined the ride quality feels. It’s stiff under power when you put the hammer down, but still surprisingly smooth over rough Sydney roads. Integrated cabling, clean lines, and premium finishing give it a genuinely high-end feel that competes with bikes costing significantly more.
